  • Ciaran Lavers (B.Sc (Chiro)., M.Chiro)

    A chiropractor and coach who brings a unique perspective to his practice. Ciaran has played multiple highly competitive sports, including tennis, soccer, and triathlon/ironman, and he draws upon this experience to provide a path of rehabilitation that he himself missed. He has a genuine desire to help others in a similar position.

    Ciaran's passion for sports and rehabilitation led him to pursue a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney. He is a qualified ASCA strength and conditioning coach, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) certified practitioner, and holds level 1 & 2 qualifications in dry needling.

    Ciaran's personal experience with injury and rehabilitation has given him a unique perspective on the needs of his patients. He understands the frustration and challenges that come with injury and aims to provide personalised care and support to help his patients achieve their goals. With a focus on rehabilitation and strength training, Ciaran uses his expertise to create individually tailored exercise programs that help patients take charge of their own pain experience

  • Inger Villadsen (D.C., M.Sc. (Clin Epi), Postgrad Dip., NMS Rehabilitation)

    Inger was born in Denmark and studied chiropractic at Odense University and Anglo European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, England graduating in 1985.

    After working for 3 years in Europe, Inger migrated to Australia and commenced private practice in 1988. Her main clinical interests are the rehabilitation of chronic conditions and the implementation of preventative measures against reoccurrence for patients presenting with back pain. Inger’s practice focus also particularly includes the athletic enhancement of elite performers.

    Inger has been a certified DNS instructor since 2007, lecturing and/or supporting Prague instructors in DNS courses and workshops in Australia, Japan, Europe and North America.

  • Martin Vaughan - Massage Therapist

    Martin has been with Nineways for over a decade, an experienced practitioner he specialises in Therapeutic, remedial, and sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. He is a member of the ATMS and is registered with all major health funds that provide rebates for remedial massage.

    Martin is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 4 pm for our clients please call the clinic to make an appointment.

  • Richard Kelly - Posture, Breath, Movement, and Mindset Specialist

    Richard Kelly is a dedicated health professional with a deep expertise in posture, breath, movement, and mindset. With over 1,100 hours of yoga teacher training, he is a Certified DNS Trainer and a certified Yoga Synergy Teacher, as well as a qualified Pilates Reformer and Mat instructor, trained across various systems and styles.

    Richard’s approach to wellness is truly holistic, combining both physical and internal health. His training includes Qi Gong Calligraphy Health under Master Zhen Hua Yang, focusing on well-being at the cellular level, and studies in Five Dimensional Flow and Joint Synergy under Simon Borg-Olivier. He has also mastered advanced pranayama techniques through instruction from leaders like Simon Borg-Olivier and Nam Baldwin.

    Currently completing his training as an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor, Richard is enhancing his understanding of breath control and its profound impact on performance and well-being. His broad skill set covers biomechanics, heart rate variability, and the integration of posture, breath, movement, and mindset to optimise concentration, focus, and overall health.

    A lifelong surfer since the age of eight, Richard’s experience in dynamic environments has deepened his understanding of flow, balance, and the vital connection between body and mind. His practice emphasises flow states and moving meditation, promoting wellness at a deep, cellular level.
