Dry Needling

This is a technique where a thin monofilament needle is used to penetrate the skin.

  The belief being that this can treat underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

Massages

We offer a variety of therapeutic remedial massage treatments:
 

• Deep tissue massage

• Myofascial release

• Trigger point therapy

• Sports massage

• Relaxation massage

Treatment times offered are 30 or 60 minutes, and are available most days.

Tuesdays 4.30pm  - 6.00pm

What to Bring - Yoga mat, two full size towels, a water bottle
