Musculoskeletal pain can feel like a prison. It can make the most basic tasks seem impossible, much less those extra things we do to feel happy and free.
Maybe you don’t feel ready to see a clinician about it yet though. Maybe you are seeing one but want a big of a nudge to help with your exercises.
There has to be something you can do, right?
Something affordable? Something you can learn and apply every day, and see real changes?
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation) is a rehabilitation approach based on neurodevelopmental principles designed to restore and stabilise locomotor function.
The small group exercise classes are taught by experienced clinicians from Nineways Chiropractic, and focus on breathing and posture awareness.
The classes are safe, gentle, and suitable for most patients.
